Join us for Coimbatore’s most exciting event – The Coimbatore Marathon, happening on 15th December, 2024. This event wouldn't be possible without the incredible support of our dedicated volunteers. Volunteer Responsibilities
As a volunteer, you may be required to meet with the organizing team twice prior to the event to receive all necessary guidelines. The Volunteer management team will contact you with the details.
On the race day, you are required to report at 3.30 a.m and make yourself available till 9.30 a.m at the assigned areas / location.

- Post Race Breakfast
- Your photo in action *
- Memento for the organisation
Volunteer Activities on Race Day :
- Guiding runners on the route / direction to various designated places
- Managing crowd at Start, Finish and Breakfast areas
- Distribution of medals
- Distribution of Water, fruits etc at aid stations
- Cheering and encouraging runners along the route
All future communication will be sent via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp using the contact details provided during registration.
The organizers may update the date, timing, and other details as needed to ensure the success of the event, and any changes will be promptly communicated.
*We aim to cover as many volunteers in action as possible, photos can be downloaded for free from our gallery. However, the availability of your photo is not guaranteed.
